Beautiful apartments, great community and helpful leasing agents. Very clean kept common areas, well appointed amenities and property security is unmatched! A few Police officers living on site, along with many cameras to sway thieves and ill intent people away. I’ve been here since November and I couldn’t be happier!
Metropolitan is truly a luxury property with an amazing staff. Everyone is pleasant, professional, and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommend!

Did a delivery here and was surprised at what seemed to be an upscale place to live, smelled like weed and very ratchet. Based on the other reviews, I see I’m not the only one thinking that. I live in downtown Fort Lauderdale and apartment buildings just like this one seem to have better clientele living there. I’m surprised they allow the smell of weed, when people are paying a pretty price to live there. I was looking into the location for my husband and I after it was built, but I’m certainly not going to move forward with it now.

My mother and I have had a positive experience at Metropolitan Apartments. The management team is accommodating and consistently addresses concerns in a professional manner. While minor issues are expected with any new building, the property managers work diligently to resolve them and ensure residents are treated with respect and consideration. The inclusive environment they foster is appreciated. One suggestion would be to become app-based for such things as the thermostat, gates or building, as this would provide greater convenience for residents.
Metropolitan Coral Springs is absolutely the most luxurious type apartment living in Broward County. I moved in almost a month ago and I Love it. Been here for 6 months. and it has been great. the amenities were the first thing that drove me here and they really upkeep everything! What really surprised me was the gym how clean they keep it and how everyone here is truly respectful about that. its a quite and well kept building. people are mostly nice and respectful and truly one of the best places i have lived. I've truly loved my experience living here, it's already been about a year. Brand new, stylish apartment with a beautiful pool, well-maintaines gym, and a co-working space. I work remotely and love being able to go downstairs and bring some friends over to work together. The location is incredibly convenient in Coral Springs and I find myself walking over to the mall on random nights to get my steps in. Alex and the entire staff in the leasing office been very helpful and friendly everytime I reach out, I'd highly recommend this place to enjoy.
