Accommodation is good. Furniture is new but they really need to work on pest control. D16 area is full of rats running around the entrance and hiding in the plants. I never saw anyone trying to address this issue. And rats are becoming every day more. Disgusting

Barwa madinatna with their cheap material, will lead to things getting easily broken within your first year in the house (e.g. the light lid will fall off, water leakage everywhere from outside and inside, blocked drainage, broken pipe in the wall, broken handles, etc)... on the other hand from a maintenance perspective which is handled by Waseef is one of the worst and most frustrating experiences anyone can face.... with their delayed reaponse to cases and to their useless process of requesting maintenance, to finally coming suddenly to your location without informing you, so if you are not…

It’s very unpleasant experience due to poor maintainence issue. Here maintainence teams are sucks, ignore all concern from tanent. Actually should be minus rating. Not deserved any rating at all. I am totally disappointed. I will encourage others to check everything before singing contract.
Definitely the worst living experience in Qatar over my 17 years there. Poorly managed by Waseef just to take your money at every possible chance. Hardly anyone from the staff is helpful or kind enough to care for the tenants except for Ms. Rowena in the admin office. Should hire more people like her. Rest of them need a reality check. Some of the problems I faced- 1. Constant leaking of toilet flush 2. Gym and swimming pool was promised to be open within a month and it wasn’t open for the 10 months I stayed there 3. Water was leaking from the toilet roof on several occasions. Poor built…
Quiet, clean. Kids play areas. Near to LuLu. Has masjid. Rent requires a lot of paper work and documents. Would be better to include bills in rent since it is furnished by them (electric stove, etc.)
Excellent houses , each bedroom has bathrooms , the main hall having a big gallery and a nice view ..only concern in the wardrobe is small
