Terrible customer service and sales training on board here…. I have told this company several times to please stop wasting my time and theirs my company does nothing with freight they need to stop calling. The man that just called to inform me it was to “get me off” the list was rude, unprofessional and has no communication skills. He was just extremely confrontational with me and started arguments with me… I record every single call at my business so I would be more than happy to share how he treated this me and this business that has been operating for over 30 years….takes us off your list…

This company will not take NO for an answer. They have been harassing our company for almost 3 years. We have told them time and time again that we are NOT interested. They tell us they'll remove us from their do not call but they do not. They will just not take a hint. I will continue to slam the phone in their ear.

Unprofessional brokerage!! Keeping my company name anonymous, they told me that they are no longer working with my company permanently. I asked for a reason. They replied that they do not give out reasons. Mind you I have not done a single load as of yet and only recently onboarded to their brokerage. I found this very baffling and honestly very unprofessional from TQL. The least one can do is provide a reason to their decision. NOTHING. PS. Hi fellow hardworking carriers. I would like to share our experience with TQL. We were hauling fright for TQL since 2019 with no problem until Feb. 2025 when tariff hit. We were on a load with TQL which waited at the border for 3 days before advised to deliver it back to the shipper. At this time the broker informed us that as the load did not completed we can only pay you 25% of the freight cost. We firmly asked the broker to send us the email for full payment before we deliver the load back to the shipper, as this is not our fault and we already lost 4 days on this load. The broker was not…

Worst company I’ve ever worked with—these guys are scammers. I booked a 3-day load with them, and my driver ended up waiting 8 hours just to deliver. I emailed TQL multiple times throughout the process and didn’t get a single reply. When the load was finally delivered, we requested detention. The broker denied it, claiming our tracking was turned off. Not once did they notify us during transit that there was a tracking issue. Instead, they waited until after delivery to use it as an excuse to deny detention. Why would my driver intentionally turn off tracking? It makes no sense. They clearly…

Their "Do not call" list only lasts 90-100 days and they don't give up even after you have stopped asking them to call for years. The company I work for does not use them due to the amount of harassment our company receives from them and also are not price competitive.

STOLE MY TRAILER!!! I used TQL to help cover some loads. They stole one of my brand new trailers and used if for over a year!!! I was driving to work and I saw my stolen trailer on I-94 being pulled by a local trucking company. Thanks to the State Police the trailer was impounded and we were able to get it back. The load was dispatched by TQL. Complete crooks to keep moving my trailer load after load; amazed we were able to get our equipment back. I will never use TQL again. Tracker was even disconnected.
