Vesper is a very modern and well maintained building. We are happy with this purchase.
A Frustrating Journey with Vesper ATX I wish I could share a positive experience about our time with Vesper ATX, but unfortunately, it has turned into a frustrating saga that I feel compelled to share. A couple of years ago, we were excited about a property investment opportunity that seemed promising, especially given the favorable market conditions at the time. We believed we were on solid ground, under the impression that we were qualified for a second home mortgage, with only 10% needed for closing. Great building, excellent location with luxury amenities! If the sales team (Prospect Real Estate) does recommend any third party contractors, DO NOT trust their feedback! Do your own research on them. We trusted them on their recommendations and sunk our money with this contractor now ghosting us. Will happily update my review if any of these folks help resolve my Service Tech issue.
This building is absolutely amazing! I just love the art work and Lobby area. The fire place art work is AMAZING!

Great location. Brand new building with pool, gym, lounge with private whiskey cabinets! View is incredible. Simply the best.
