North Town Residency society location is good. It is in the city, not on the highway. But the builder made a big mistake. The main entrance road is too small, and it ends in a 24 ft street. Through that same street, you have to access the other blocks. That makes no sense. The main road should be at least 100 ft wide and should connect all the blocks properly until the end. Honestly, after seeing this project, I would rate GFS Builder zero. Its a "Ghareebon ka Bahria Town". Poor planning of roads and streets. In map 60ft roads , have been converted into 24ft. Shopping Malls and Commercial area has been included in residential blocks with no planning. In next 5-10 years residents will be exhausted and investors will have looted their ROI.

Until now looking good project, Few projects still didn't got the NOC, For example north town residency phase 2 block 3. Which supposed to come in earlier 2022.
