Nice apartment with freezing and peaceful area
Ok
Noise is a constant problem. Room construction goes on at every part of the day and never stops. I am woken up out of my sleep & naps by the extremely loud noise daily. Noise starts as early as 6am and ends late as 3am in the morning. I have complained and visited the management many times but nothing was down about the noise so I quit trying. The management fee is as high as vinhomes but they don’t do their job here. The fire alarm constantly goes off. I can hear dogs barking & babies crying in other rooms near me. I would not recommend moving here unless you’d like to deal with that.
I stayed for a short period of time to visit my brother and there were several issues at this complex. Packages from shipper got piled up in a corner without a secured mailboxes so package are easily misplaced or stolen. Rented a cart to bring supplies up only to be told we could not use it in the lobby but okay in the hallways. They were expecting us to wheeled down our cart, through a very steep slope, to the basement, then take the elevator to our place. When questioned about the policy, management weren't able explain the reasoning behind such policy.
