future residents deserve to know what they’re walking into. While the community itself is generally quiet, the management team is incredibly unresponsive and unprofessional. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with a manager. You can call multiple times a day sometimes 3–4 times and still never speak to someone because they always seem to be “busy.” Messages go unanswered, and emails are ignored for days or weeks. Any issues we reported took months to address and required multiple follow-ups on our end just to get a response. Even by the time we moved out, some concerns remained…
Please pay attention to the most recent reviews - they reflect real experiences of current residents. Unfortunately, our experience has been exactly the same. Management struggles to resolve even minor issues in a timely and professional manner. It has been almost 50 days, and we still do not have internet in our apartment because the previous tenant’s service was never properly disconnected. Despite repeated promises that it would be fixed “tomorrow,” nothing has been resolved. Every time I ask for the manager to call me back once available, it never happens. Not once. You are paying premium…
Critical Information Before Moving Into This Building If you are considering moving here, there are a few things you absolutely need to know. Hidden and New Costs: Everything that used to be free is now paid. They’ve introduced a $500 fee for using the co-working office space, which was free when I moved in. Even the coffee is only free until 11:00 AM now—after that, you have to pay. Broken Amenities: We pay for amenities that don’t work. The grills are in terrible condition and have been broken for months with no repairs in sight. The sauna has been out of service for several months. The…
I had an exceptional experience with the property manager throughout the entire leasing process. His name is Jose Acosta. He’s incredibly charismatic, professional, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Moving brings me so much anxiety and from the very beginning, he was incredibly patient, and remarkably attentive. He took the time to answer every question I had without hesitation. He was supposed to be getting off work but he went out of his way to show the units they had available. His communication is clear and timely. His kind demeanor made what is normally a stressful experience feel…

I want to give a special thank-you to Jose Acosta, the assistant manager. Every time I come in, he treats me with so much respect and kindness. He explains everything clearly, never rushes me, and always makes sure I feel comfortable with the service. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customers the way Jose does. I really appreciate him. Thank you for all the resident events and the community.
I want to give a huge thank you to José, the building manager, for all his support and help in making my new EP launch event possible here. From day one, he was on top of every detail—handling logistics, permits, and everything needed to make sure it all ran smoothly. Thank you, José, for believing in the project, for your positive energy, and for making this place feel like home. The event wouldn’t have been the same without you. 🙌💙 — EZE
Biscayne Shores is a beautiful community, and the leasing staff Chante and Brandon, are truly exceptional. They’re knowledgeable, attentive, and always willing to help. With so many options in the Miami market, they really took the time to highlight what makes this community special and made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming. Jose, the assistant manager, is a great leader who clearly cares about both the property and the residents. He’s organized, involved, and always puts effort into planning fun, engaging resident events. Thalia, the property manager, is equally…
I can’t wait to leave this place. Staff and amenities are exceptional, but they’ve been letting low quality of people renting the apartments. Gym, pool and elevators are always messed up. Carpets in the hallway always smells like dog 💩 The picture is from yesterday but my camera roll is full of scenes like this. Oh and one of the three elevators is always broken.
