  • Dealt with a very rude and condescending Chinese lady who tried to lecture us on what we can/cannot afford when we asked for more info on a certain unit. The building itself is brand new but very very small. The amenities and units are micro sized as well.
  • Went on an open house tour of Oria and it is nowhere near a luxury condo. The finishes are cheap, the rooms are tiny, the “swimming pool” is so small it’s literally a strip. The agent pushed it as the most luxurious property on Solar which says a lot about this developer. I would avoid at all cost. They have four different “promotions” going on to scam new homeowners into purchasing this project, please do not fall for this.
  • Coming from construction background, I really like the atmosphere, area, finishing, material used and most importantly Layout of units. They are large. Shout out to Architects and designers 👍👍👍 amazing design, the only thing that could be improved and considered was to add 1 more elevator , and use of higher quality elevator

I have seen otherwise where developers dramatically change what they deliver. The unit was well built and my few findings during the inspection have been taken very seriously. Our customizations were well respected. The entire team is fully bilingual friendly, which is great.
  • Luxurious, a lot of restaurants are starting to open in the area
  • The moment they get your signature, they barely answer your calls. Guillaume (the “sales rep”) simply couldn’t have been more unprofessional even if he tried. We asked him to call us back over and over again and he never did for TWO weeks, which left us with no choice but to cancel our agreement. The only reason we didn’t continue buying the unit is because they have no understanding of standard service when it comes to real estate. What a shame! We had a few questions about the contract after we signed and Guillaume kept promising to give us an update by the end of the day. This process took…
