Moved in a month ago and very happy with the process. Natalie was great in the leasing office and helped me find the perfect fit for me. Very pleased with the building and any issues I've had have been quickly resolved.
Astra Tower is undeniably beautiful, which is why I’m leaving a balanced review rather than writing it off entirely. The building itself is stunning. The lobby is always clean, smells great, and feels very high-end. The amenities are visually impressive and well thought out in theory—there’s a great gym, a main common area where they host events like Super Bowl parties, real grass, wraparound outdoor seating on the 23rd floor, and spa amenities including a pool, hot tub, and rooftop with incredible views. Natalie helped us originally decide where we wanted to live. She took us through all the steps and now we are residents. We could not be happier! She was attentive and quick to respond to all of our needs. I would highly recommend Natalie and The Astra Tower if you would like to live in downtown Salt Lake City.
Let me start by saying the views are amazing yes! But that's mainly all you get here I honestly didn't think it was worth almost 7k for my apartment to be that small! Also parking is HORRIBLE! I mean it's downtown but I would expect a luxury apartment like these to offer better parking but if you live above a certain level you have to pay for parking down the block not even in the building itself! Listen if your going for luxury maybe build in another area besides downtown!

Incredible building, nothing like it in Salt Lake City. I stayed in a Guest Suite to visit a friend, and I was truly blown away by the amenities and views that Astra has to offer. The pool deck and spa are luxury that can't be matched in the area. Looking forward to visiting again!
I had a great night as a guest at the Astra Tower! Beautiful lobby with a very helpful and welcoming gentleman at the front desk. The room was amazing with full floor to ceiling glass and views of the city skyline. Great spa amenity with steam room, sauna and hot tub. But nothing beats the view from the top floor! I wish I could call this home
Astra Tower is truly a standout in downtown Salt Lake City! The design, finishes, and attention to detail are top-notch. The amenities are beyond impressive—an incredible rooftop on the 40th floor with breathtaking views, a gorgeous outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a serene spa with a hot tub overlooking the mountains, co-working spaces, and beautifully designed lounges.
