Management isnt that helpful and just complicates things. They aren’t there to be of assistance. Beware of the elevators! Incredibly slow, even if you are on the lower floors.
I have been living in Sahara Tower 4 since 2023 and have consistently faced issues with the AC. Despite numerous complaints to both management and maintenance, nothing has been done to resolve the problem. During the summer, the AC temperature remains stuck at 24°C all day, and when I complain, they simply blame the outside temperature and claim they can't do anything about it. The management is extremely poor, and even the AC in the lift doesn't work. Overall, it is the worst place to live.
The Tower is extremely great. Apartments, finishing and amenities are amazing. Friendly and classy people. Great location...

This tower is clean and well maintained with facilities such as pool and gym that are always clean. The downside is 1. you have to pay for every single maintenance you need for your unit even the slightest fixing, in my previous units they cover small fixes, 2. they do not do AC check-up as well and AC do not cool down and you have to bug them so many times for them to property fix it (a struggle during summer time as the units have huge window panes). 3. Lastly the lift are the worse! If you have children going to school or you go to a 9-5 job with regular timings you might not want to stay…
Visited this apt to meet my friend and he pointed out these issues.This building has 33 floors and only 3 congested lifts with one service lift (Which is always busy).The lifts are always busy and you have to wait for minimum of 5 minutes.During morning office hours it is a nightmare as the waiting time is really higher. We got attracted to this building because of the maintenance and cleanliness.But my friends advise is not to take this appt as later we will have to regret as the Lift service is too slow.With 33 floors and the first 6 floors for parking it is really difficult.Not impressive…
Right on sarjah entrance. The building is 33 floors tall and has gym, swimming pool, parking. The apartments are big,specially the kitchen. But the most amazing thing in the building is the stuff. From the cleaning people, the security staff and overall all the staff are doing a great job
sahara tower isvery clean place good and more safty if you want visit someone in the tower you must give the security your id after that when you finish your visit them back to you the id and you can get park there and good services beside the tower suber market and resturant and caftreria and you find alot of taxi there go to sharja this place is between dubai and sharja it is near from sahara mall and blue tag
