Worst company in Philippines. They have zero integrity. Never follow through with promises. Super low quality for the money . DO NOT trust this company !!!!
This is built with 4 residential towers armed with a convenient commercial area for the community. The ground floor is complete with Savemore Supermarket, Watson’s, BDO, Ace Hardware, Laundry, Water Station, LBC, 7-11, salon, Coffee Bean, and different restaurants. It’s an all in one stop for the people on the go. Amenities is found at the 2nd floor. There is no gym but the surrounding floor is designed with a walkway that can also be ideal for jogging. Main perks for the residents is the swimming pool and play area for kids. The only downside is that the building is not neatly maintained.…

Hands down, one of the best place to live in at Quezon City. It is located near a lot restaurants. You only need to walk to get to one. It has it's own mall on the ground floor that includes a supermarket, a hardware, a tawainese restaurant, a coffee shop, a convenience shop, a clothing store and many more! The staff are well mannered and will help you out. The buildings are very clean and well maintained. The pool is one of my favorite ammenities in the condominium, it is always clean and crystal clear.

I just love the simplicity of the place. Not elegant and extravagant as you may expect but if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful environment and a place where you want to celebrate an intimate occasion.. This is the place to go :) we celebrated my friend's birthday here and we had fun
M Place is just in front of Camelot Hotel at Mo. Ignacia Ave. As a resident of FP Plaza, we are grateful that one M Place is constructed in the vicinity of South Triangle. Why don't make it a mall? With movie houses, more fast food chains, and the like!
Cool and comfortable pod with city view and perfect pool layout. Strategically located near malls, bars and restaurants. Perfect for millenials like me! 😊😊😊
