I recently moved into Lumaire and have been settling in over the last few weeks. The location is honestly unbeatable, being this close to downtown and the Brightline makes life so much easier. The building itself is beautiful. My apartment has amazing natural light, and the views are to die for. I’m a huge fan of the pool deck and the fitness center, plus having a pickleball court right in the building is a major perk! I’ve been living at Lumaire for 4 months now and I absolutely love it. The amenities are top-tier and the building is always clean. • I have to give a huge shoutout to Joe, who helped me select my apartment when I moved in. I know he has left since then, but I’m super grateful because his recommendation was spot on. • That being said, I love the rest of the team too! Everyone is amazing, especially Shida and Rob—they are always so friendly and helpful. It really feels like a community here. Highly recommend!
I have to say I was so lucky when I moved back to WPB and moved into a place that I was a frat house. I did not know until after moving that the Lumaire existed. So I was lucky to get out of my lease and Rob made it super easy for me to do everything that I needed to do to move in here. Shida was so amazing showing me all the different units and everything that this place has to offer. I always tell everyone I feel like I live in Miami at the SLS or the affinity building.
