Great high-rise location to stay on the beach. (Short or long term stays available.) Good amenities 3 pools+, game area, social areas, Sauna, workout room, restaurant/bar on site, parking and local vegetable market weekly on Wednesday. Local fishefman offer fresh fish & shrimp for purchase on the beach, to the right. Great place to walk the beach. Many expats rent here as well as locals. Mountain and Ocean view units available w patios. ALL DOORS are secured by locks and card access. The pool area needs tile work and the building could use a fresh paint job.
Right on the beach, the social area has a pool table and a ping pong table. There's also a pickleball court. A short 7 minute drive to supermarkets and fast foods.

Superb place with amazingly helpful staff and great amenities. The views are fantastic! There are multiple pools, a well-equipped fitness center, a play area for the children, a dog park, and pickle ball courts. The food at the restaurant is fairly priced and quite good. I recommend Royal Palm quite highly!

Not great unless you're just staying on-site or at the beach. Difficult to navigate with very few restaurants or amenities nearby. The on-site restaurant is only open part time. Neighboring "resorts" were very loud through the early morning hours. I do not recommend.
This is my second year here. Obviously I like the place. I'm not giving it 5 stars because it's a five star resort experience. It, in fact probably in the amenity and grounds isn't the nicest place in the area. It's certainly not lacking on this front. What it does have is community. The full time residents here do a fantastic job of building community, reaching out, and just being welcoming. It's an infectious attitude and spreads quickly to the snowbirds like me. The best part about returning for a second time was seeing all the friends we made last year. We've made some lifelong friends.…
My wife and I stayed at an airbnb here for our 1 year anniversary. The views were breathtaking, the staff was amazing and we got much needed relaxation and time together. We will eventually look into buying one of these condos.
Great Facility. 5 Pools, Gym, Safe well built, on the Beach. Only negative is it is very windy at the pools. So you need a tie down hat to avoid chasing it
