  • While building policies are important for safety and access control, they should be applied with professionalism, objectivity, and respect for residents. My experience with the night shift security manager has consistently lacked these qualities. Interactions are often rigid and dismissive, with little effort to assess situations practically or communicate respectfully. On multiple occasions, I have been instructed to wait outside the building until another tenant arrives to grant access, despite security being present and able to verify residency. This approach undermines the intended…
  • The building gives serene vibes. Looks very beautiful. Ideal for photoshoots and evening walks. I loved the fountains in the board walk area. Overall looks like a natural beauty
  • Vincitore is not a reliable company. They ask you 25.000 AED for a reservation and, if you do not buy they do not send you back the whole amount. They keep more than 500 AED without any legal reason for their costs. Nobody does it in Dubai. I an happy I did not buy from them.
  • I lived there for 1.4 years, and the security and management were extremely frustrating. They were overly strict with guests, move-ins, and move-outs wanting to know and approve everything you bring in. It honestly felt like a military base headquarters. Even after getting approval from security, you’d still be missing approval from management. There was zero coordination between them, which made simple processes unnecessarily dramatic and exhausting.

  • Vincitore Boulevard is a retail place with cafes and shops. It went viral in Dubai due to its beautiful European architecture. The place is overall just another eatery with good picture potential. The best time to visit is during the day to get some Instagramable pictures. At night, it looks different and really average.
  • This is a clear example of social media exaggerating a bit. The place is nice, clean and has different restaurants to eat, however there is not much to do and it’s not big. I must be honest, I had very high expectations. If you plan to come, I recommend that you add miracle garden to your plan. you can take beautiful photos in both places.
  • A versatile white structure which coupled European design built in Dubai. Located near the Miracle Garden. This Promenade mall is open with many cafes and restaurants. Also now viral for photoshoots and reels in the media. No one comes back without a snap from there on their phone. Free parking lots available. Definitely a must walk place and chill particularly in nice winter. Thumps up!
  • Recently caught wind of Vincitore Boulevard through social media hype, and today's visit exceeded all expectations! Nestled in the Arjan community, just a stone's throw from the renowned Dubai Miracle Garden, this charming boulevard spans a cozy 50 meters and replicates the ambiance of a European street. The variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and textile stores within the boulevard create a vibrant atmosphere. Most places offer outdoor seating, perfect for soaking in the lively surroundings. Visiting on a holiday, the place was teeming with families, capturing moments and creating memories…
