I want to thank Millie for her quick response on my fire extinguisher. Also, for my service request that were done immediately. She is a very nice lady who will help you out as much as she can. I have to say Alex is a phenomenal more than a maintenance person. I can’t believe he can take care of all these apartments. His attitude is the best. he does the best great work in everything he does. He treats everybody with such respect. He’s a wonderful person. Hope we never lose him here. He is a huge asset to this place.
This has been a problem since I moved in, but the smokers are becoming ridiculous. It's one thing when it's in the parking lot, but there are people smoking inside the building itself (smoke free building by the way) and the smell is seeping into my own unit. I have horrible asthma, and it is a hazard for me to live here. I wish management would do their part for once and follow through with their policies.
I would like to convey my greatest gratitude for Alex Kravchenko. It feels nice that in our apartment building there is such a person as him who looks out for us. He fixed our washing machine and drier with no delay and quickly. He does quality work and can be seen around the complex doing various jobs. He is friendly, professional, and reliable. -V Gl
I would like to thank Milly Noriega for wonderful service. She is very competent and friendly. She always wears a smile on her face and is able to provide the best service possible. There is a great atmosphere with her that can be felt and brings a sense of calm. Not only does she maintain a positive demeanour on the outside, she is a beautiful lady on the inside as well.

A lot of these reviews were put into place with the old management and some people that aren't used to living in apartments. This place is fantastic, and the new management has been very accommodating and understanding. Everything is new and it's surprisingly a lot of space for the price. It is also incredibly quiet for being off of Toledo Blade and it is incredibly safe and secure.
I really enjoy living at Eko’s except for the fact my air conditioner was not working for 2 weeks, but they did give me a portable unit to use which helped. Now, the pool is closed for 2 weeks I’m told, as the pool pump is out. I’m so disappointed!!! It’s a brand new place and shouldn’t be having these issues!!
Beautiful building but definitely not designed for 55+. Super long walk from parking to building and then long long hallways with no carpet and loud echoes. Dogs barking, the elevators reek of cigarette stink, dogs pee on the floor and people just leave it. It's supposed to be a non-smoking facility but there is no designated smoking area so smokers smoke anywhere and everywhere. There is no on-site management or maintenance on the weekends as advertised. It may be a beautiful building but it's not built well and the toilets are the size for toddlers. The kitchen is twice the size of the…
There is a clause that they can raise your rent at any time. They clearly did not consider that this was a 55+ when designing this building. Long walk from parking lot, long halls. Not built for anyone with a handicap. Noisy because of the long empty hallways and being stick built. Only one maintenance worker who can’t keep up and frankly shouldn’t have to maintain 130+ units by himself. Consider very carefully before moving in here even if the price is right.
