AMAZING property and staff! Our team stopped by today and had such a pleasant conversation with McKayla in the leasing office. She was very kind and informative. Wish we could give more than 5 stars!!
Having a knowledgeable, friendly, and accessible manager, Amy, these qualities helped influence my decision to rent an apartment at The Braxton. I hope The Braxton is able to keep her. I am from Texas but I knew very little about Austin when I moved here, so Amy made it easy for me to want to rent this apartment, and the apartment has been perfect! My experience living at The Braxton has been good, offering a quiet area with friendly neighbors, good location and nice amenities. I would lease here again if my travel nurse assignment brings me back to Austin, TX.
Best apartment complex ever! Great management and very clean. Small, quiet, and respectful community. Located in the perfect spot with walking to great nearby restaurants. The complex manager Amy was always very attentive, kind and helpful whenever I needed assistance.
My boyfriend & stopped in yesterday and asked for a tour — i just wanted to say thank you to Ms. Celeste for taking the time to walk us through and answer all of the questions my boyfriend was asking. He was a lot and she was super patient and extremely informative. Looking forward to coming back in next week!

I just renewed my lease here for another year and I can’t say enough good things about the Braxton. The building is clean and small enough to easily navigate. The staff are friendly and attentive, and they truly care and prioritize when you have an issue. Amy in the leasing office is a gem - she is knowledgeable, helpful, and makes herself available even on her days off! She always treats issues with urgency and because she’s our neighbor, she cares just as much about our community as we do. Love it here and can’t wait for the next year!
I’ve lived here for 6 months. They’ve really improved things in the time I’ve been here, especially the pool area, I really appreciate them renovating it and keep a high standard of maintenance, the maintenance guys are quick to help when I’ve had and issue and Amy in the office is always sweet and helpful. Good location, and have always felt safe.
I recently finished a five-month stay at The Braxton, in a short-term furnished rental provided by Hello Landing. While this review focuses on the building itself, I highly recommend Hello Landing as well. __My Apartment__ The finishings and appliances in my apartment were impressive. The bathroom was beautiful and spacious, with a walk-through closet that provided adequate space for my clothes. The kitchen was well-equipped with ample counter space, and the island was a nice touch. The only downside was that I could hear every step my upstairs neighbor made. Fortunately, I didn’t hear any…
I have enjoyed living at the Braxton Apartments so far, since my move in August. Reid, the management staff, has been very friendly and quickly responds to issues that residents let him know about. The complex is dog friendly and my dog enjoys getting to interact with the other residents and their dogs while living here. So far, all neighbors and pets have been respectful of noise and living in close quarters with shared spaces. When random appliances or A/C units were not working when I first moved in, maintenance staff came pretty quickly to address the issues, which was much appreciated.…
