The building's apartments & amenities are all high-end, well-maintained & complemented by an amazing staff to ensure it all runs smoothly. We scheduled a viewing for 1:30 pm and received both an email and text confirmation. After arranging transportation and arriving on time, we were informed that no one from the leasing office was available today. We had planned our day around this appointment and were genuinely looking forward to seeing the property, as we are actively considering a move to the West Loop and viewed this community as a strong option. We lived at The Row for two years and had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The apartments are stunning- spacious floor plans, incredible closet space and high-end finishes that truly made it feel like a home. Not to mention the location can’t be beat. The building and team at The Row are fantastic! The units have the highest quality finishes and appliances, which is carried through into the community spaces. Beyond the esthetics, the staff is by far the best part of this building- the friendly and welcoming concierge staff, leasing and maintenance teams exceed any of the other staff in building I have lived at previously. I have absolutely loved living at The Row over the past year! I have lived at multiple complexes over the years between LA and Chicago and this has been by far the best and most luxurious experience I have ever had. Leasing was an incredibly easy process. I had five thousand questions and they answered every single one. They made the move in super easy too. Every single individual who works at the front desk is fantastic and goes above and beyond. So i lived here for two years. I have lived in a few different "Luxury" building and this was by far the best. The building was extremely clean, i always felt very safe and like others have written it is the best apartment gym setup Ive. ever seen. The package system is well organized so nothing is ever stolen. We've lived at The Row since September 2023, and our unit, the amenities, and most of all, The Row staff have made this more like a stay-cation! The door staff, maintenance team, and management team set themselves well ahead of any other condo/apartment team we have been tied to.
