So excited to be moving to my new home at Livana Fair Lawn! Special thanks to Mary for ushering me through the process with patience, care and professionalism. What a beautiful place to call home!
Mary, the real estate agent, was very friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful with all our questions. Taking care of business was a pleasure with Mary.
My Wife and I made an appointment to see Livana with Mary. She showed us apartments we were interested in seeing she was so patient and excited to show us around. We were so impressed with the whole atmosphere of Livana 55+ community we started the process to apply. Mary is the Perfect person to be the face of Livana Fair Lawn.Next we meet Zachary who answered the questions I didn’t think to ask Mary .Zachary and Mary in my opinion know everything there is to know about Livana. I am now living here and would highly recommend Livana 55+community Fair Lawn to all 55+ people It is resort living.…
Recently I had the opportunity to work with the great people at Livana Fair Lawn. Specifically, I worked with Mary, Eugene and Tariq. All were so helpful and made the initial process of renting at Livana easy. If this is any indication of what it will be once I move in I am so excited to be there. Thanks to all for hand holding me through this process. Ira

I recently moved into livana and was the first tenant to live in my apt. There was an issue with the hot water heater and I did not have hot water for 6 days. The maintenance crew especially Jackson followed up every day to insure someone continued to work on the issue (even on the weekend) until it was resolved and fixed. Yay I finally was able to take a hot shower tonight!! I appreciate the tenacity that was shown and the compassion of the staff in understanding the position i was in and doing everything they could to get it fixed. Thank you Jose & Jackson for staying on top of the issue to…
The facility is just beautiful and very accessible for our needs. Our leading agent Mary was so patient and knowledgeable. See made the tour and lease signing less stressful. Such a wonderful experience. Thank you.
A lovely scent welcomed us into the light-filled lobby, infused with a sense of well-being that followed us throughout our tour. Mary showed us several floorplans and levels and was extremely helpful. I loved the terraces and gardens most of all. There were other 55+ communities where I wouldn't even enter the lobby because of the stale odor and outdated furnishings. At Livana we had the exact opposite experience.
It wasn't easy to make the decision to sell our home after 50 years, but discovering Livana Fair Lawn made it all worthwhile. This newly built, luxury 55 and Better community was exactly what we were looking for. Mary, Nala, and Zach were exceptionally helpful, prompt, and professional in answering all our questions about the property and its wonderful amenities. The hard hat tour with Mary and Nala confirmed that we made the perfect choice for our next chapter in our lives.
