ON TOP OF WATER OUTAGES, NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH BROWNOUTS TOO?!?!!
Good location. Very resort feel at the lobby. Friendly staff. It’s quite new so there may be issues with management and amenities not being ready. Half of the elevators are not working. Very limited parking and if you don’t own a slot, there’s pay parking. The entrance roundabout is being shared with Prisma, so entering may be challenging. Would still pick DMCI vs any other condo developer

It's a dream place. The amenities are beautiful, it has 3 pools and there are a lot of units. It newly constructed. Pet friendly. The guards are super professional, it has a good security. The entrance of visitors are made through the app so it's paperless. There are variety of units in multiple sizes that are adapted to your needs.

Friendly staff, awesome pool area, lower level basketball court. Commercial grade washer/dryer in basement with attendee. Future snack bar to open, 24-hour security of property with front desk security.
Love the place, great amenities, great community. Near BGC, Malls, Hospitals and Pasig palengke 👍 Lastly it is accessible to public transport.
Disappointing Management and Communication at DMCI Condo I really regret my decision to rent as airbnb guest here. The rules regarding residents and Airbnb guests are restrictive and poorly enforced. What's worse is the complete lack of communication between security and reception, making any issue a hassle to resolve. Management is great at attracting buyers, but once you're an owner, the service and responsiveness drop significantly. The overall experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you're considering buying here, I'd strongly suggest you think twice
