Building and staff are great. The gym in phase II is my favorite.
Not what I expected, and they have too many rules and regulations, plus all prices changed for rent ,several times, suppose to be energy efficient, my bills do not reflect that, too many visits into your residence, trash room stay filled up with trash, it suppose to be AFFORDABLE BUT I really dont see it as being affordable, paying for a washer and dryer that I barley use ,yet it's a monthly fee, ,plus water charges, very disappointing moving here ,only to find out the DAY OF MOVE IN ,no smoking allowed on property, and not enough parking spaces,,not sure if I will renew lease, wich also RENT…
This is the best Property I have ever lived at. Best management team I have ever worked with. Love it here!!!
They don’t know how to communicate.

Filled out an application nearly a year ago, with all the pertinent, private info. No one ever reached out. Phone number is out of service. Emails never get a reply. Parent company is impossible to reach. I think this whole place is some sort of scam. Update: It took two years for someone to reply to this review.
