This is such an underated place. Truly heaven in this part of world
A well promising community with very poor building skill as well as the finishing. There is absolutely poor maintenance and literally no community engagement. Please think twice before you move whether it’s a rent or purchase. Our house was handed over as a complete joke - things scratched, used , window sealant super poor you can hear kids playing in the park outside.
They deliver very low quality townhouses. They showed very high end show villa but I am very disappoint to see the quality of the townhouse they deliver. Sizes are ok but bathroom sanitary are very low quality and ACs are not working very well when we complaint the managment asked us to on AC 22c. Very low quality i will not recommend

I recently purchased my second villa in Masaar – a 4-bedroom home with a private pool – but I’ve already decided to sell it as soon as possible. The disappointment has been overwhelming. At first glance, everything looks modern and promising. But once you start living here, the reality hits hard. The houses are poorly planned and executed. There’s no dedicated AC in the kitchen, no drawers in the kitchen cabinets, and no storage space in the bathrooms. The AC barely works – it just blows air – and the control system is provided by a third-party company that’s incredibly slow to respond. If…
Sorry ARADA but also if you try to build a nice community you have also to provide a good Service. I live here for 2 Month and i have a lot of issues. Nobody cares about, appointment will not be taken, Service guy stealing stuff, service guy broke marble and do not wont to fix it. ACs and Smart Connection does not work together. I bought also a 4br Villa by ARADA but i will sell it. Sorry but this is not good at all. I have multiple Units in Dubai, by Emaar, Damac, ORO24, Ellington and the difference is like day and night - Arada does not cares at all.
