I love living in Miramar. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, and the maintenance staff is very professional and friendly, especially Jesus and Chris. Thank you, including the doorman and all the employees; they have been extremely helpful and kind.
I recently became a tenant here and I’ve had such a great experience so far! The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they made the whole process smooth and welcoming from the start. The space is always very clean, well-maintained, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere every time I walk in. I also want to give a special shoutout to Jesus from maintenance. He is very professional, respectful, and always responds incredibly fast whenever something is needed. It’s truly appreciated! I’m very happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it.
I have lived here for several months, and my overall experience has been very positive. The building is well maintained, and the doormen and maintenance staff are consistently professional, courteous, and reliable. I would especially like to recognize Jesus from the maintenance team. He has helped us with multiple issues and always completed the work efficiently, promptly, and with great professionalism. In general, the maintenance team and doormen have been extremely helpful and kind.
Five stars all the way for Marimar! From day one, the experience has been incredible. Franklin, Marcelino, Jerry, Joey, Jesus, and Christobal are absolutely amazing, always eager to help, respectful, polite, and genuinely caring. They made the entire move-in process easy and stress-free. Management is just as outstanding. Lukas, Carlos, and Isa are incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional, always making sure every need and request is taken care of. I truly have no complaints whatsoever. I recently became a new resident at Miramar and it has been the most amazing experience! Starting from management Carlos Padilla went above and beyond to assure my move in process was smooth and was very responsive. Concierge is by far the greatest they are ALL very attentive and helpful always greeting with a smile. Franklin is the concierge who helped me when I first moved in he went above and beyond I felt very welcomed and at home . Living in this building has been a really good experience. The building is clean, well kept, and feels safe, and management is pretty responsive overall. I also want to give a special shoutout to Franklin at the front desk. His customer service is truly 10/10. He’s always friendly, patient, and quick to help me with my packages or any questions I have. He really makes the building feel welcoming, and I appreciate him a lot.
I’ve lived here since Miramar opened in June, and it’s been a wonderful place to live! In less than 2 minutes you can get to the 1 train, multiple grocery stores, corner bodegas, barbershops and half a dozen restaurants (shoutout to Jimbos & Trocitos De Mexico). My apartment feels spacious (2BR) and the views are stellar (NYC skyline and the Harlem River). The maintenance staff has been incredibly fast and efficient, Jesus & Cristobal have been expertly on top of any issues we’ve had (a minor hot water issue due to the newness of the building and unused pipes). I absolutely love living in this building! As a full-time student, having such incredible staff makes a huge difference. The front desk and maintenance teams are truly exceptional. Any issues or concerns I've had are always addressed promptly and swiftly. A special shout-out to Franklin and Jesus—they are so friendly, reliable and consistently do an outstanding job! The amenities are fantastic, and the study spaces are truly beautiful. I especially appreciate the individual booths—they are perfect for focused, quiet studying.
