Do not live here, we are selling our apartment after spending 18months to try and get the Sydney one Rangers/police/body corporate to do something to stop the 50+ western Sydney types revving their engine outside our apartments. Nobody wants to fix it, do not expect to sleep Friday or Saturday nights before 2am, especially with children or pets. This is by far the worst managed apartments in Sydney, they do not give a shit about you.
Stayed here for a quick 2-night trip. The location is great and the view over the water is just like Crown, beautiful. That said, probably because of that same appeal, a lot of the guests seem to be party people đ¤ˇââď¸. We could hear party music coming from another apartment pretty much the whole time. Didnât bother us too much for this stay, though. Wouldnât mind coming back, but just something to keep in mind if youâre after a super quiet place.
Exceptional apartment building. One Sydney Harbour sets a new standard for luxury living in Sydney. The design, finishes, and amenities are world-class. The views, especially from the common areas and higher floors, are simply breathtaking. An outstanding address.

The common areas are consistently well maintained, and the access control adds a reassuring sense of security. Overall, it genuinely feels like a high-quality residential communityârather than a short-stay building where unfamiliar guests are constantly coming and going with luggage. Itâs one of the top 100 best buildings in the world. However donât book Airbnb at this place, itâs not welcomed, the owners are very precious.
**ACCOMODATION SCAM** - DO NOT BOOK OR INVEST TO BUY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. A group of 6 people booked to stay here when on holiday. The apartment owners are not allowed to use the building for short stay accommodation and do it anyway. The building management and staff are VERY VERY RUDE. They have been instructed to not assist people who have short stay bookings and it feels like to make them feel as uncomfortable as possible also. The refused to even allow our suitcases to remain stored while we are breakfast to get picked up. DISGUSTING Behaviour by management and staff to fault peopleâŚ
