We had a wonderful stay at JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea with my husband for both business and holiday. The experience was truly excellent. The employees were very friendly, polite, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious with great variety and quality. The view was stunning and added so much beauty and calm to our stay. Overall, it was a perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and great service. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely love to come back again.
We stayed here in Jan, 2026 and have experienced the finest of service and warmth of the welcome at the luxury brand hotel. I stayed here with my family in the summer and we had a great experience. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite overlooking the sea and received complimentary breakfast each morning (a Platinum benefit). It was my wife's birthday, and the staff decorated the room for us with balloons and left a cake. The daily breakfast on the patio by the water was amazing and the variety of food options was outstanding. The service and rooms were exceptional throughout our stay. During our stay at this hotel, everything was truly lovely. From the comfort of our room to the common areas, as well as the cleanliness and overall service, we were very satisfied with every part of the hotel. We have stayed in seven different 5-star hotels in Istanbul, and this one has been the best. While many Istanbul 5-star hotels fall below global standards, this hotel truly stood out. Beautiful sea view from the lobby, a pleasant lobby scent, and a warm welcome with macarons made the arrival special. Our family was given two connecting sea-view rooms with balconies. All staff — valet, lobby, breakfast, and room service — were consistently polite and never asked for reviews. I absolutely loved my stay here and would 100% come back. The hotel is beautiful with great rooms and facilities (pool, spa), full see view. Delicious breakfast. Everything was immaculate, the room was really a pleasure to be in. But the best aspect is the staff. It was the best service I have ever experienced: the whole staff is warm, thoughtful and welcoming. They really think of everything to make your stay perfect, up to the coffee and breakfast to go when you have an early flight to catch. Thank you! I hope to come back
The hotel's lobby is genuinely beautiful and stylish, setting a great tone especially at nights. Our room was excellent: spacious with a modern design, and we also noted that the bath products and amenities were clearly premium quality. The breakfast absolutely exceeded our expectations.
