I typically love visiting this store. They have a wide variety of unique products and the service is usually good. I deducted 3 stars because of a terrible service experience me and a friend had Sunday, 3/1/26 around 6pm. We entered the store and saw two workers sitting and talking to each other behind the counter. They completely ignored us upon entry. Not only did they not greet us, they continued to speak to themselves, even after we walked towards the back of the store to purchase some supplies. We then continued to wait a while before one of the workers walked back to help us (scrolling…
While the parking is not the best because of the location, this is still my fav smoke shop! The same staff has been there quite some time and it’s nice to come in and still see familiar faces 🩷 the ladies are so sweet in there and they always have little mini ducks and other cute trinkets for you! I love coming here 🤩 they have a great selection of things.
The ladies that work in the shop are amazing! Their customer service is point on. They explain anything you ask just a Wonderful shop overall
I absolutely love this place. They’ve got the best prices in town on smoke gear, and they carry literally everything you could ever need for your extracurricular activities. The selection is huge, the quality is solid, and you can tell they actually care about what they stock. On top of that, the staff is always incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth—never pushy, never judgmental. It’s the kind of shop where you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I recommend this place 100%, and I genuinely do every time someone asks about anything I’ve picked up here (which is pretty often).…

The employees were all super helpful, willing to help and show us anything. They all had the best attitudes and I think everyone should go here and enjoy themselves and have some fun.
This is the most family oriented welcoming place in the city Kelly and the young ladies who make sure we are good always makes the place feel welcoming and warming I even received my new daughter from them 🙌🏾💕 I love love love HEADZ UP SMOKE SHOP! 💙💯
I can't even express how glad I am that I wandered into Hedz Up Head Shop. Huge variety of shells, more glassware replacement parts than any bigger name brand I've been in, and prices are made for the average consumer and not for capitalism. Love being able to make it here and, to be frank, I plan on buying glassware extras from here at this point. Why? Just to avoid those moments of buying what I can when I find it without being fully aware of quality and if it will work like it's supposed to. Met the owner tonight and he helped me problem solve a fitting in my bong so my oil bubbler can…
Best smoke shop in Clintonville/Campus area. Great staff and owner, always welcoming! Kid friendly as well. Just a nice local shop with great finds. Nice drink/snack selection for munchies! They have our favorite stuff so we keep coming back. Love our little local find that's like a general store and more. ☮️✌🏽
