Brice at the Jefferson Park House was absolutely wonderful! He greeted me with high energy, listened attentively, and answered all my questions with professionalism. The property is beautiful, inviting, and in a great location. I highly recommend Jefferson Park House and Brice for his outstanding service. He deserve more stars! ♾️ X ⭐️
I recently toured Jefferson ParkHouse with Norma, and the experience was exceptional. She is a true professional and an expert in her craft. What stood out most was how personable she made the tour—she took the time to ask what mattered most to me to ensure the apartment would truly fit my lifestyle. The complex itself is beautiful with top-tier amenities. Pending the final details, I’m very much looking forward to becoming a resident here.
This has been the best apartment complex I’ve stayed to date. Cassie, Brice, Heather, Mya and Seth have all been extremely helpful and professional so far and are a great team. The community is always clean and the maintenance team is quick and responsive. Domingo has taken care of my maintenance needs promptly anytime I’ve put a request in. The area is quiet and there some pretty good amenities in the area, not to mention the vast amount of food options as well.
An exceptional living experience from beginning to end. Mya provides truly outstanding customer service, always warm, welcoming, attentive, and highly professional. The community is impeccably clean and consistently smells fresh, reflecting the high standards of management and care. The atmosphere is peaceful, refined, and respectful.The office team delivers seamless, high-quality service at all times. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an elevated living experience.

I just moved in with my sister to Jefferson ParkHouse and we absolutely love it! Seth helped us find the perfect apartment and has been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we have had! We have lived here for almost a month now and have had the best experience with the management and love our apartment. When we had a concern with something after moving in, maintenance came and fixed it very quickly! This apartment complex is very safe, very clean, and overall very well kept! I would 100% recommend this place for anyone considering living here!

I moved into Jefferson Park House a week ago. The leasing process was very frustrating—wrong dates, multiple contracts, and poor communication. We were even given a smaller storage unit at a higher price, but thankfully Whitney from management has been incredibly kind and helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. She is the only reason I am giving 3 stars. The worst part was when my toilet and bathtub backed up with sewage. It took about 6 hours for plumbers to arrive, and afterward management blamed me for flushing baby wipes without verifying the facts—even though there is a trash bin next…
