I’ve been a resident for over a year and I’ve never been so satisfied !! From the front office Monica and her team do a great job bringing the community together with activities and contest throughout the year, also how very detailed they are with any work orders a resident would put in to get something fixed on a timely manner, To how great the homes are and the pricing is. I’ve renewed my lease because of everything stated above I feel at peace and at home with this family like neighborhood also with the front office . Keep up the great work you guys do ! You have a happy tenant here .
I absolutely love living here! The office staff is amazing and so kind. They really go above and beyond by hosting fun community events like a Halloween pet costume contest with food for guests and prizes for the pets, and a Christmas door decorating contest. They truly try to bring the community together, and I love that. The homes are beautifully made, very spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet and pet-friendly. They work hard to keep the community safe and well-maintained. Landscaping is included, you can request pest control if needed, and the homes come with an in-home alarm system and…
Security still harassing people in the gym… This big room and any time any one is using it they come in bothering them. Can’t have shoes off in a room made for yoga and stretching? Can’t have medicine balls..can’t do this can’t do that..feel like a kid in elementary school. All kind of bogus rules. Power tripping security. Literally moving out because I can’t enjoy the amenities and I’m paying 3000 a month in rent…diabolical
Security should monitors threats and people that aren’t suppose to be In the neighborhood. Not Harass and closely monitor the resident. Can’t enjoy a gym I pay for. Feels uncomfortable. A lot of people have had issues with the security they need to fix this. The “manager” is training all the new security guards to harass the residents. Is it necessary to come inspect the gym every 5 minutes? My 15 year old son can’t work out with me!?!? b.s…phony rules…

Can’t have snacks at the pool for my kids?????? Getting yelled at and disrespectful over snacks? Security is a joke. Also filing complaint with Apex Security
Second coming on here to leave a bad review for the security guard by the pool, she is a bully and mean to all the residents even the kids. She goes on power trips and yells at the kids. Making her own rules. Telling me how I can and can’t parent. Being very aggressive for no reason. Pulls up and parks how ever she feels like
The staff at the office is great - I will 100% give them that. They respond timely and do everything they can to assist you all while being friendly. They were also very accommodating. The community itself is quiet and from what I have seen well taken care of. Amenities have a lot to offer and being houses with fenced in yards is also a great quality. These are your typical DR Horton homes - very basic grade, nothing that is going to hold up. Which is disappointing considering rent being extremely high. We have built with DR Horton before, so we expected this and can't hold this against the…
This community is beautiful and offers so many options floor plan wise. By far the nicest rental homes I’ve seen in Florida. The staff is extremely kind. I also like that it’s towards the back, feels very secluded and the clubhouse area isn’t too far of a drive.
