The Cornerstone

I’ve been living here for a year and it’s been a brilliant experience. I’m really sensitive to noise, so finding a quiet place was a big deal for me – and this apartment totally delivered. The walls are thick, and once you shut the front door, you don’t hear a thing. It’s super peaceful. The apartment itself is modern and comfy, and the landlord’s been sound – easy to deal with and always helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, hassle-free place to live.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Cornerstone near Stillorgan Road. After attending a viewing and promptly submitting all requested documents, I received a rejection with no explanation. There were no eligibility criteria shared at any stage—not during the viewing, nor in the follow-up process. This has now happened with multiple properties under the same management. Emails go unanswered, and applicants are left in the dark. It’s a waste of time and effort, especially in a housing market as difficult as Dublin’s. Pro’s: The area is unreal, everything is at your door step. Transport is very good 4 buses going into town 155,145,46a and 47 you then have your local bus that takes you to dundrum which is brilliant. The apartments are really nice, beds are extremely comfortable. It’s very quiet too. The management are nice maintenance are good a at getting things done on time although this could improve. Cons: The only issue that I have with this establishment is the amenities. To think that out of all establishments this has less apartments however amenities are not managed well, I have been living here…

Good location. Nice amenities and all but Fire Alarm keeps ringing randomly. Had to work with little sleep again cause alarm rang at 2:30 in the morning. Been here for a few months now and this keeps happening from time to time. Hopefully it gets fixed soon
