I own a small business and initially, Marinucci seemed promising. For two years, everything was fine until they supplied us with two boxes of faulty lids marked with "return" written in textile. This struck me as odd, but since the boxes appeared unopened, I assumed they were fine. However, once at my processing facility, I discovered the lids, although they pressed on like normal, leaked badly. This issue surfaced during a week when we were distributing samples to new customers. Unfortunately, the faulty lids caused the containers to leak, resulting in wasted product and lost business…
