Update: MOST OF THE POSITIVE COMMENTS WERE FOR THE PERVIOUS MANAGEMENT!! They are no longer there!!mid 2025 the building was sold to a big company that does a horrible job maintaining the place the elevator was broken for days we got locked out and when we called the “emergency” line we were told there’s no employees or security after hours that would help and we’re on our own. Previous building management had an employee in the building 24/7. They force you to submit maintenance requests online where they basically look at them and ignore them. I will personally be leaving! this is not the…
It's been a great experience living here and I want to say that Victoria is extremely Helpful and addresses all my requests ASAP. She's very professional and super friendly at all times! Highly recommend this place!
I've been living at Ava Condo for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Honestly, it's been fantastic. Both the previous building manager, George, and the current one, David, have been absolutely amazing. They're both super responsive, helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. And I can't forget the concierge team – they're always friendly, efficient, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The whole team here is just top-notch. If you're looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend Ava Condo!
AVA is a great place to live. The facilities are great as well as the staff. They are always kind and will greet you with a smile. The current manager, David, is to not be dismissed either; he is always available to reach via email or text message and will assist you with any needs. I am very satisfied.

AVA is a great place to live, it is quiet and peaceful, and the building is well located and close to stores and public transportation. The building staff is detail oriented, and the current building manager David is very helpful and is receptive to all questions and concerns. It has been a good experience so far.

The building has exceeded our expectations in every way. Moving in during the early stages, we’ve been consistently impressed by the luxurious, modern design. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional support from the building’s general manager, George. He has gone above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. From his thoughtful check-ins to his quick and responsive communication, George has ensured that we always feel accommodated. We highly recommend living here!
I've been living in this building for a few months now and overall, nothing to say it's great. The place is new and modern. My daughters particularly love the gym and pool I would recommend this building to anyone looking for a modern, well-maintained space with excellent facilities and responsive management. Georges goes out of his way to help and resolve whatever is necessary.
