  • I have been living here for a little over 6 months now and I would not recommend. This place has a big trash problem. The trash chute is ALWAYS full and inoperable, especially on weekends and no one ever clears it. They will fine you $250 and attach it to your rent for leaving ONE bag of trash in the trash room when there isn’t anywhere else to leave it. I have emailed the leasing office numerous times to get an assessment for the basis of this charge, was told two different reasonings in one day, and no proof of either reasonings. They’ll just make up an amount and charge you. I was even…
  • Been here for a year and a lot has happened! When I first moved in, it was very new not much people living there as more people started to live in the apartment complex. It has gotten very dirty and the trash problem is out of control on top of that. I have seen about 20 ambulances and a lot of cop action going around the apartment and it will always happen late at night or around 5:40-8pm I know people have emergency’s but almost everyday an ambulance is here or the cops makes me a little concerned about my safety. Overall it’s an okay apartment if you want something not expensive and in the…
  • It’s a cute complex and I thought about applying but after visiting for a few days and consistently noticing people’s kids being able to make the entire building a playground and being stuck in the parking garage with no way out after 5 days because of ice and management not de-icing or providing a way to get out of this building I won’t be applying. I am still unable to get to my vehicle and leave as of 1/29/26.
  • They were kind, professional, and timely from start to finish of me signing my paperwork. I appreciate the experience of thoroughness and honesty. I look forward to living here! Even the residents that came in while I was doing paperwork seemed well taken care of!

  • This place teaches you patience. Between hearing your upstairs neighbors and their every wrestling move to the alarm going off even while you’re sleeping in your unit, this place teaches you patience. The kids running in the hall, the sound of people coming in the door from the car lot, it’s all to teach you patience. The ones with a balcony probably don’t hear much but they also don’t see much because of the tree line. It was advantageous of them to take in this lot as a property. Now let’s see if they can maintain it. Other than the sounds that resonate throughout the building as you sleep…
  • These apartments are TERRIBLE. Very poor construction. The only time they like communicating is when its for their benefit. There are 2 small children in my apartment and we get woke up EVERY night from the constant noise. We have made multiple complaints and nothing has changed. The trash chute is always messed up, and they dont want it outside the doors, so they want us to keep trash in the house until they decide to fix it. Fire drills 3x a week at any hour of the night. And to top it all off you can NEVER be late on your rent or you will be evicted. Overall horrible experience, the only…
  • I moved in 2 months ago and I have regretted it ever since! The unit itself is beautiful and spacious. But the common areas are very dirty. Tenants litter everywhere.. in the hallways, elevators, and garage. This place has a big trash problem. The trash shoots are always over flowed. The first floor trash dump room is disgusting and the whole first floor smells awful because of it. They put an overflow trash bin on the side front of the building and it overflows as well and is an eyesore. The elevators are always malfunctioning and are never cleaned. The hallway floors are never cleaned…
  • Been living here for one month. Turns out what they don’t tell you is that there’s been 5 fire alarms (feels like 20 at this point) in a month. Makes for a miserable experience, it will happen any time day or night. All the residents agree. Yeah you get cheap rent but at what cost to your peace? Pick somewhere else.
