The building is very clean and well maintained, with facilities serviced regularly. The reception area is welcoming, and the gym has good equipment, is always clean, and offers a nice view. The environment is quiet, and there’s a lovely small park behind the building with tennis and basketball courts. The only downside is parking — if you don’t have an assigned space, you’ll need to pay for street parking.

AVOID! So many issues with this building, I don't know where to start. Finitions are terrible: toilets leaking, doors and closets not closing properly, etc. At least once a week an extremely loud fire alarm is triggered, sometimes in the middle of the night. At least once every 1-2 months the AC randomly breaks down for the whole building: the AC control monitor just goes hamoc, see the video. Pool was closed for 3 months. Everything has been poorly designed and finished in this building.

Construction noise across the street starts on time from 8am-8pm, 6 days a week. Update: construction noise ended now. However many units on my floor had toilet pipes leakage… all the walls are leaking and mouldy, my downstairs neighbour has ceiling water leaks.. eventually they fixed all my bathrooms but you can see the quality of the building is not great. Now, the sewage in the washroom smells really bad sometimes, no idea why, but I guess it’s tolerable.
Don’t rent here! This building is extremely low quality. Walls cracking, the windows are not properly sealed so the heat always comes into the flat, the water from sink is orange.The drains smell so much, it’s unbearable. The POOL was closed already for 3 months. As well very big issue with people entering parking, and always honking at late night. Save your money and find something else.
paid £1500 for 14 days to stay in this apartment.112 it was . We were told we will have chair in balcony that never came. At night can be cold heating didn’t work. Toilet back flush bit was Brocken. Lady’s came did room cleaning they had no extra duvet Or towels that’s disappointing. They took all the towels mistakenly left two they would not provide tea bags or water bottles like hotels apartments do. We felt bad for keep Bring up problems like bedsheets things like this at the end we did said leave it til we go I did the laundry’s my self. Because if you want to book them to clean your room…
