This was my second time here, and definitely not my last. For starters, we selected a few dishes from the menu. I would highly recommend the steak tartare, the bitterballen with mustard dip, and the bone marrow all were delicious. For the main course, I really liked how the different cuts of meat were presented at the table, along with information about each piece. My favourites were definitely the bavette and the T-bone steak. The side dishes complemented the meat perfectly, and I especially enjoyed the salad. We were on a road trip from Switzerland to the Netherlands and back, with several stops along the way. On our return, we stopped in Antwerp. My kids and my mother were tired and stayed at the hotel, while my father and I took some time to explore this beautiful city – and ended up at Le Steak '17. There was not enough space. Tables are small and they overload it. No space for the waiters. It took about 1 hour and a half to get out food. The drinks, 3 gin tonic, 2 without alcohol. They could not remember witch was witch. At one time they eventually gave us plates but took them away again just to put them on the table next to us. Service was a disaster. The meat, we took 3 different steaks for the 6 of us. The cheapest on is the one to go for. Actually, it was not special. Nothing about the food was special. We did not get enough sauce and had to pay extra for everything. Just to pricey…

Had an amazing experience at this steak restaurant! The quality of the meat was outstanding — tender, flavorful, and perfectly aged. Service was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. What truly stood out was the unique concept: no traditional menu. Instead, they present a beautiful board of raw steaks and bottles of wine tableside so you can choose exactly what you want. It’s personal, visual, and really elevates the whole dining experience. Highly recommend for any steak lover!

This restaurant is amazing and unique. They only provide steak and the menu is brought to you on a platter. All available steaks are on the platter and you get to choose which one. The wine list is brought to you in a crate. The staff must have good muscles. The food was cooked to perfection.

Having seen some of the choice comments in other reviews I thought “could go either way”. Happily, it was spectacular. Had the tomahawk, which came with complimentary sides of fries, beans and salad. Cooked to perfection (medium rare) and the accompaniments had their own flavours to contribute that made all the difference. Great service too. All round, amazing!

Excellent small steakhouse. Both the wine menu and the food menu are presented "live" (see photos). All steaks are cooked on a huge Green Egg. It's pricey, but definitely worth the visit. The staff is correct and knowledgeable. Reserve in advance! Skip if you're vegetarian.
