I have been a resident here for a few months now, and I truly enjoy living in this community. Beyond the excellent facilities and pleasant environment, I would especially like to recognize the leasing office team. They consistently respond to my messages and requests promptly, and they are always warm and welcoming. In particular, I would like to thank Stephanie. I recently had a package containing my passport that was misdelivered, and I reached out to the office for assistance. She responded very quickly and took the initiative to help locate the package in another area of the building. I…
I had an amazing experience working with Imani! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire apartment process. She answered all of my questions and made the move-in experience seamless. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an apartment.
First, Ask for Imani. She is amazing! Antwone is great also. Both are pleasant and great at what they do. They made the entire process as easy as I’ve ever experienced. I love the entire feel of the community. If you’re looking for a modern nice up to date living, this is the place. Trust me thank me later

This apartment is a wonderful property, Nicole is remarkable along with Imani and Stephanie in terms of receptiveness and dedication ! Their enthusiasm is remarkable. Every apartment has its hiccups and I’m shocked for a new apartment how proactive the staff is and how I’ve received no hiccups whatsoever . I believe the mail process, the way the insulation in the individual units are (it retains heat and or cold so you don’t have to splurge on your electricity bill ) is something I’ve never seen before! Let me start by stating that I’ve been moving into newly built apartments for several years now & this by far been the worst experience. For starters the apartment was filthy, not clean whatsoever (even though they stated that it would be cleaned a week prior to move in). The balcony was filled with ants, bugs, dust and debris upon move in. I had to power wash & bleach it myself. Secondly, I started to see ants the first day I started moving things in. I brought it to the leasing staff’s attention and they sent pest control out only for me to find several crawling on the kitchen island and…
I have family that lives here and the apartments are beautiful. They overlook the MARTA which I thought would be noisy but the building is well insulated stopping the excess noise from the train. I actually enjoyed watching it go by. This area will become more vibrant as they get restaurant and store tenants on the first floor.
Nicole was the most knowledgeable, personable, and incredible leasing agent I’ve ever had. I had a great experience with her and she made sure I saw everything! The amenities of the community are breathtaking with great apts to match. The staff will really make or break a property for you and my tour today has confirmed that when I’m ready to live here, I will be in good hands. Thank you Nicole!
