This place is gorgeous and the amenities are first class. It's like being at a resort and close to everything.
Overall, we are having a really good time at Ciria. The staff is very pleasant and friendly the facility is beautiful, always clean. The pool is stunning. The cabanas are always clean and available. The only two issues we’ve faced so far is sometimes the trash around the building seems to not get taken out as regularly as it needs to due to demand as well as there is a beeping that is on the first floor due to an alarm system that is needing repair and it’s been beeping for about three months now and it has not been fixed and that’s the only thing that we have that’s negative. Living at Citria has been the single worst housing experience of my life. If you’re considering signing a lease here, do yourself a favor and RUN. The place looks nothing like the photos. The halls smell like a mix of wet dog and old carpet, the walls are so thin I can hear my neighbors sneeze, and the “updated appliances” seem like they were last updated when flip phones were still cool. Maintenance requests disappear into thin air—weeks go by with no response, and when someone finally shows up, they act like changing a burnt-out light bulb or tightening a door hinge is some Olympic-level…
I’ve lived in a few different apartment communities over the years, and this has easily been the most frustrating experience. The management team is unresponsive unless it’s something that benefits them, and getting anything repaired feels like pulling teeth. Maintenance either doesn’t show up, shows up days later, or marks requests as “completed” without actually fixing the issue. The walls are thin enough to hear every conversation your neighbors have, parking is constantly a mess, and the “amenities” they advertise are barely maintained. Citria is a good community to live. The office staff will take care of the issues in a timely manner. Of course things take time to get fixed but understand that most of the time we are in the mercy of vendors taking care of stuff. I think the only negative is that the package room needs to be Organized better. Maybe sorting it by last name maybe be better than building.
Honestly CITRIA has been awesome to live at so far! The only thing is they need to update some of their amenities, TVs are out in a lot of places, grills are out (and nasty) but that’s bc residents don’t clean up after themselves, it takes a community to keep things clean, pool table needs re felt, there’s just some up keeping that needs looked at. But it’s been great good community and staff has been great the pool is honestly just so beautiful! 🤩
The apartment is well designed and is well maintained.The development and buildings are kept extremely clean.Any problem you may have is taken care of immediately. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
