Solangel Rodriguez was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of moving into Westgate University. She is very nice, professional, and truly knowledgeable about what she does. I recently rented an apartment at Westgate on University, and my experience so far has been very positive. Miss Solangel helped me a lot throughout the entire leasing process—she is extremely kind, patient, and professional. The rest of the staff is also very welcoming and supportive. The amenities are up to the mark, including a well-maintained gym, swimming pool, and a play area for kids. What stands out the most is the pleasant environment and cleanliness of the community. I would strongly discourage anyone from moving to Westgate on University. This has been one of the worst living experiences I have ever had, and I am counting down the days until my lease is over. The property is completely bug infested. There is mold that has ruined personal belongings. The elevators are filthy on a daily basis and clearly not maintained. The gates rarely work, yet management has the audacity to charge guests for parking as if this is some luxury community. It feels like they are desperately trying to make up for the large number of empty units, and there is a reason those…

Solangel at Westgate of University Apartments was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she was extremely welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. She took her time explaining everything, answered all of our questions, and made the entire tour smooth and enjoyable. I had lived here for over a year before leaving and loved the amenities. The staff is professional and well-informed about their roles, from the community manager to the groundskeepers. They are truly a great team that works together to keep the place running. I personally visit them often, as my time there built great relationships with the staff.
