I lost my home to fire in December 2025, and was placed at Allaso Peak by my insurance company. From the outset, both Mikayla and Rey have been so very kind and helpful to me, continually going above and beyond what seems “normal” to me, and have made a this hard time much easier. I feel safe, comfortable and well taken care of here. Also, Ryan the maintenance guy is outstanding ~ the tag team of Rey and Ryan can’t be beat! Twice, I’ve mentioned something to Rey, and within an hour Ryan is at my door with the needed part(s) in hand and a smile on his face. He efficiently takes care of the…
Mikayla is very nice and a joy to work with. Taylor the manager is awesome and right to business highly recommend. Rey is great at making you feel welcome. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this place.
The gentleman I believe his name is conner always does a great job every day of keeping my complex spotless. Need more workers like him. Hardworking and young.
This was a special place to live. Makayla and her team made this such an enjoyable place to be. The people are friendly, the facilities are clean, and when they come to fix something its always prompt and respectful. We would still be living there but living on the 3rd floor with a toddler was rough. Aside from that, I would HIGHLY recommend living here. I can't think of really any downsides except that the complex is kind of on a hill and you really cant walk anywhere. Aside from that, 10/10 place to live

This has probably been our most favorite apartment complex to date. Not only for the cleanliness on property, great floor plans, functionality of the neighborhood, but also the staff!! The front office (shout out especially Rey, Hayley, Mikayla) were so kind and always helpful. They always greeted you and made sure to say hello and more. They made living there a dream as a new family. The maintenance staff was also really great in completing work orders quick and kind. They even fixed a door in the hallway that slammed (which was so nice and so appreciated). Can’t thank the staff at Allaso…
Really nice place to live. Nice gated community, however there should be registered parking for all not just garage or sheds. Too many visitors taking up parking that do not live here. Personally I make sure my “friends” park by the front gate. I don’t enjoy getting back from work and Jim's friend who has been visiting for 5 days straight is in the closest spot to the door and I can’t find a place to park near my building.
I’ve put in a few service requests so far and every single one has been handled quickly and smoothly. My first request (before move-in) was fixed the same day, and the two I’ve submitted since then were both taken care of within hours. I gave permission through the portal for maintenance to enter while I was out, and by the time I got back everything was already completed — no hassle, no back-and-forth. The work was done right the first time, and I haven’t had any issues since. Really appreciate how responsive and professional the staff here are. It makes living here stress-free and enjoyable.
Great property and super friendly management team. Has spectacular views of Pikes Peak, the property feels like a resort. Toured with Leslie, and she was amazing and super helpful. Highly recommend this property!
