Erica has been wonderful to work with - accommodating when I was late for my tour, kind and attentive, showed me everything I wanted to see without rushing me, gave me thorough and was very responsive in a super timely manner. I will update my review once I move in, but for now, just wanted to give Erica high marks. Great experience so far!
Came in as a walk in and was greeted by Erica. We discussed what I was looking for, what I considered my Needs, Wants, and Wish list. She was able to put together a handful of units to view and she escorted me around the property. Excellent service, Erica was friendly and full of information. Definitely tour this property if you’re looking in Durham.
My tour guide, Erica, was fantastic! She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the community, amenities and showed us around several different units to find what we liked best. She was also super friendly and patient. 10/10 experience.
Erica and the maintenance team were great in correcting an issue with our lock/chirp. I applaud Erica for her effective communication and prompt assistance.

My tour of Avalon Durham was a fantastic experience deserving of 5 stars. The entire staff was welcoming and kind, but a special shout-out goes to Lamar, the Maintenance Manager. He noticed I was a little lost, stepped in, and was incredibly informative, treating me with the warmth and respect of a long-time resident. This level of proactive care and community feeling is why I’m so excited about becoming a resident here! :)
The leasing staff, the maintenance staff and Nick are all amazing kind people. Very beautiful brand new apartments and very good area and neighbors don’t be bothering you. Has a rooftop lounge in top floor and access 2 gyms in 1st floor and pool and other amenities as well.
I'm very impressed with this building. Travis gave a fantastic tour – his enthusiasm was contagious, and he was extremely knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my questions and showed me every unit I wanted to see. Plus, the two months free rent is a great bonus. Travis's positive attitude and helpfulness are definitely making me seriously consider moving here.
