This place is amazing – such a nice residential area with a lot of options. If you’re new to Qatar and looking for an apartment, this is honestly one of the best spots to consider. It’s calm, well set up, and just has a really good vibe overall.
It was amazing stay in fraser suites doha , I like the pool located in the 15floor with ocean view panoramic view I really love it, also all the drinks are so good with delicious suites , the reception team are nice and helpful especially Nahila was amazing always around to help
I am a tenant there, and the maintenance is very poor, and no one is responsible for anything. Especially in the repair of Elevator, God knows when they will come. D 290 Ezdan Oassis within a month 3 times the lift became unserviceable and 3 weeks the tenants were climbing 50 to 60 steps a day.
Fire Alarm system is so horrible and it triggers off about 3 to 4 times in day and goes on for AVG 15 to 20 min. It is enough to make someone crazy especially during mid night. Security doesn't respond on fire alarm as it is routine. Drains of building for swerage and air conditioners are blocked most of the time and in every month , two to three times this exercise has to call maintenance which takes at average two days to respond. A well planned community, and it has all amenities , restaurants and other shops within easy reach. And Lulu market is within the community. There are mosques and one Friday mosque. One Indian International school academy. Everything is available within here. And also there are ample recreational area and facilities.
Bad: Inconsiderate neighbours. Bad maintenance service. Noisy from 7am to 11pm. Rude and incompetent office staff. Good: Cheap rent. Large apartments. New furniture and appliances supplied. Close to amenities.
I moved into this place in January 2021. There are some good features here, affordable rent, decent furniture, enough space for walking, playing, facilities like gym, swimming pool, nearby LuLu, hair salons, pharmacies, etc. But the negatives DEFINITELY outweigh the positives. They provide absolute perfect pictures of the flats in websites like propertyfinder.qa or their own website. THIS IS PURE DECEPTION. The actual flat you get is nowhere near the pictures you see. Cheaply built and maintained by unskilled staff. 1month after moving into a "Brandnew" flat having lots of issues. Heater broke down, aircon started leaking like a sif, walls molding and paint bubbling, unsealed windows and doors which let dust in, maintenance app is not responding or close ticket without fixing. Very bad place for new built!
