Absolute scam, expect to lose your deposit despite writing things on your move in report. I have never experienced anything like the way OEV manages move-outs. No doubt that the company is milking their previous tenants. I noted down lots of places where the apartment was not super clean when I moved in. At first not a big deal, I cleaned and moved on. But when moving out they had the audacity to still charge me cleaning fees and when I highlighted that this was listed on the move in report they just say that they disagree with the state the apartment was in when I moved in, but didn’t say…
I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into Onni East Village! From day one, this community has exceeded my expectations and truly feels like home. The moment you step into the lobby, you notice the attention to detail and upscale design — it has such a modern, welcoming vibe that makes everyday life feel special. I am very proud to call Onni East Village my new home! From the stunning panoramic city views provided by the living units to the endless amenities across the compound, OEV is really second to none! My leasing consultant Eric along with Jessie and the team, have done an amazing job of making the move in transition as smooth as possible for me. They have helped me every step of the way with no delay what so ever. First class customer service! I highly recommend anyone who is interested in moving into OEV to contact Eric and team, to make the move in transition as smooth as possible!
The views were great, and the receptionist was always welcoming. Unfortunately, that was the only consistently positive part of this place. Management was unresponsive to open issues throughout the rental period, whether contacted in person, by phone, or via email. There was no sense of urgency or meaningful follow-through. During the holidays, a power cut caused the AC and lights to turn back on automatically, resulting in extremely high electricity bills while I was away. Although there are many rules intended to support a community of 200+ apartments, enforcement appears minimal. Weed…

Carmen Ramirez did our room. She’s amazing!! She was efficient, neat, and very thoughtful. She provided us extra towels, pillow covers, and even added a comfortable blanket separated from the bedsheets. Carmen is such a sweet soul, very much loved our dog who loved her hugs. We loved her service and how fast she was able to do it. Thank you, Carmen!!
I just had another great experience with the maintainence team here at Onni East Village! They are seriously the best!!! They are quick and timely in responding to maintainence requests. They do the work as fast as they can while also doing it with care and thoughtful regard for minimizing any inconveniences while they get the job done. I also have to give a big shout out to Griselda who is fantastic and does an amazing job taking care of our building. She is dedicated to doing excellent work and i really enjoy our delightful chats when our paths cross. I appreciate her work to keep the…
Eric at the leasing office was truly the best. From the moment I walked in, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He answered every question clearly, was patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. He went above and beyond with everything from touring, to paperwork, to making sure I understood every step. You can tell he really loves what he does. If you’re thinking about moving here, definitely ask for Eric. He made the entire experience amazing.
After staying at the DTLA Level for a year, I decided to check out LB since it’s closer to my family. Love that it has the same floor plans as the other location. The biweekly cleanings are a really nice addition. Carmen R in housecleaning did a great job and was very thorough! She was very friendly to talk to! The gym is phenomenal and the amenities are top tier. the basketball court is cool too if all the balls weren’t deflated. Anthony at the front desk was super helpful! Overall this place is great!
