  • DO NOT STAY HERE! Booked here for 12nights. Very unsafe and very unhygienic. Hosts are unhelpful and will not resolve any issues raised, however will say they were. Highly recommended looking elsewhere. The building will allow anyone to access, which will explain the paint damage on doors / hallway. Our room was also targeted. Reported the issue and nothing was done. Broken TV in the apartment, which was not replaced, when reporting to the host on many occasions, just to be ignored. The pictures on their website are nothing like the rooms / apartments. Lifts / elevators were out of order…
  • Pretty awful building, lifts are turned off by the management team, missing parcels on the ground floor, crazy people writing something on the walls with paint that targeting the tenants
  • I used to live in Cresta House for 1 year and 6 months. My flat and the building overall were very beautiful, but the management was hopeless. The lifts were out of order almost all the time, and intruders often sneaked inside. There was no accountability for the security or management of the building. On several occasions, people knocked on my door in the middle of the night, which was very frightening for my child. After many attempts to follow up with the management, I had to leave my beautiful flat. I only wish the management had been proactive and at least taken care of the basics. I…
  • Absolute nightmare to access. Sure, it's near the Luton too Bedford bus stop & opposite the nearest pub (a Wetherspoons, mighten I add). Yet, it's not near the railway station. I desperately needed the toilet whilst undertaking an assessment at the given DWP, yet I couldn't find 1 for love nor money!!! The lift is OK, verry temperamental in whether or works or not! If it doesn't, then there's a lot off steps to climb & if you're like me, unable to climb up stairs that well, then you're not in an ideal situation! The building facade implies that it's gone to the dogs & you are reminded off…

  • This court is unprofessional, I have been asking for my court order for 2 months just to find out that the Judge has not written it down after such a long time. I cannot believe that they ask you to pay for a service that the clearly cannot provide. i cannot proceed with a new case until i receive a court order from my previous hearing. I have been calling them for over a month - everyday i hear the same story ( it is the court protocal and each day they tell me i need to wait 24h )
  • Visit to the 6th floor for an ESA assessment. A dull waiting room that can often be crowded when you arrive and wait, does not have the capacity for as many people who turn up on a daily basis for assessments. Helpful and friendly staff with experience and knowledge.
  • Luton County Court is housed here. Public Toilets outside courtroom on landing. Arrive in plenty of time as security guards search you and your bags before entering the court.
  • Very good building had a medical assesment there. Staff friendly and helpful
