I stayed in a furnished unit for a month at Avion visiting from Great Falls and loved my stay here. Very clean apartment with great amenities and even better staff!
Great communication! Helped us out when we were having technology problems and even waving fees! As they could see it wasn’t us but the brief technical difficulties! On top of maintenance issues! The lady’s in the office are great !
We applied for an apartment and Adrianna was so helpful and awesome! They are timely with communication and answered all of our questions.
Very helpful and efficient property management. Thank you to Adrianna for working with me to get into the perfect space. Quick to respond and send out a lease. Looking forward to moving in and enjoying the amenities!

Gladis was amazing!! She helped us out with all our needs as first time renters. My girl and I were timid when we first came into this world and now we are very comfortable in this realm now
Adrianna was super helpful and spent an hour showing me several units and has been very patient to ensure that I would be happy with my decision. Low pressure sales and currently good incentives.
Come across as honest people and they just take money from the residents, every month something different, energy bills? We pay our own bill and the lease does NOT talk about paying electricity unless options are marked, it isn’t in our contract, they are charging us anyways, the lease says one thing, but they charge 100 bucks more (?) if there’s more than 2 people living in a 2 bedroom, but they already knew this when we signed? So they just do whatever they want with the contracts and play with people’s money, no body’s happy here, this place is nefarious
The manager Gladis is absolutely awesome! She has great customer service, very professional and always goes out of her way to help. So excited that to move in, my experience at Avion is amazing!!
