I love my place. The community is clean and up kept, maintenance is quick and friendly, front office never hesitates to help, super quiet and peaceful. There are a few bad reviews you should disregard when reading these just an fyi. Homeless people are all around the city but I’ve failed to see any yet over here. If I do, it ain’t the end of the world. I plan to be here for a while!
I came today for a showing at 2. There was someone inside their leasing office and I knocked on the window several times to start my tour. I arrived 15 min early and waited 10 min after 2. I even called their line and confirmed the showing earlier that day. I drove all the way from Tucson to see several properties and this was unacceptable.
Muy buena atención, el lugar la realidad es muy tranquilo y el apartamento que me mostraron de una recamara en verdad lo amén, ambiente tranquilo, no se ven muchas personas sin hogar en las calles.

While the complex markets itself as “luxury apartments”—and aesthetically, they are quite modern and appealing for the area—I recommend taking a look at the surrounding neighborhood using Google Maps. As a native Arizonan, I can say with confidence that this particular area has long struggled with crime, homelessness, and drug-related activity. I have had the pleasure of having Jeremiah as my leading agent from the moment I applied to these beautiful new homes. He has been very informative and completely helpful during the entire process.
