A very respectful developer, offers a good service and a high quality property with good competitive prices and the finishing is wow
Suspicious developer with new project every few months and nothing delivered yet and no post handover payment plan...

Burtville in Abu Dhabi offering very good residential resort & discount upon downpayment but 60/40 payment plan and no grace period and NO post handover payment plan. :( being an international client can only afford to pay quarterly bases. Please reconsider grace period based on client affordability.
One of the greatest projects in Abu Dhabi - Dubai road, thanks for the huge support from the staff to let me find my future house
