  The building is above average when compared to other buildings in JVC. Generally clean and the amenities are very good. The best thing about the building is the staff, and particularly security. They are some of the kindest and most professional people I ever encountered (especially Manoj and Pratikshya). What’s not so good is the soundproofing of walls and windows. If you’re in a quiet room, you can hear your neighbors in the next apartment. Obviously, you’ll easily hear what’s going on outside.   I absolutely love living in this building. The overall quality and standards are truly exceptional, it’s hard to find anything that matches it in Dubai. The security team is excellent and the experience has been amazing so far. If I had to point out a couple of downsides, the parking occasionally has leaks and the gym could benefit from a few key pieces of equipment, like a squat rack. Rent is definitely on the higher side, but the comfort and quality of life make it worth it.

  Living in this building has been my worst experience so far—even Azizi was better. The water sometimes runs rusty, plaster peels off the walls, tables are unstable and crack, and the sinks clog frequently. Despite the apartment being under warranty, management often ignores maintenance requests. You might wait weeks for repairmen or end up chasing them around the building. The amenities themselves are decent, but they close by 9 PM—which is the first time I’ve seen a gym shut that early. After 9 PM, you can’t access the gardens or cinema room either.   the worst building i have lived in, even azizi was better. the water from the pipes periodically comes out rusty, the plaster falls off the walls, the tables crack, the sinks get clogged up very quickly, the management refuses to solve many of the problems although the apartment is under warranty, and yes, you can wait for repairmen for weeks or run after them and look for them all over the building, the amenities are good but they work until 9 pm, the first time I see a gym working until 9 pm, after 9 you also can't get into the gardens and cinema room, any amenities need to be booked…
