Gorgeous condo building. Luxury all the way.
The buildings being relatively new it has no leaks and the windows are good. The big issue is the pool and beach are on the shade after 1 windy and cold.
Absolutely love this property and Jeff Koons Art on display!

Incredible service. Outstanding concierge assistance as well as front desk, pool/beach and valet services. I am so well attended to whenever I connect with any Oceana Bal Harbour staff and I am grateful for this amazing place.
Very nice location beautiful place. Only thing is the restaurant ballerina restaurant is a very racist company called (toscana divine) the manager name Cosimo had fired an employee for being basically the race of (black) told him that we have to do a background check because a resident has requested one on that person. And two days later getting a text message stating that they took the decision to hire someone else. But would not even tell the reason why they are firing him. So he is asking the reason why and they are just saying there’s nothing they can do “im sorry” ??? The most brutal…
Stunning project by Consultatio. Exceptional location, magnificent timeless architecture and design. Residences have a very spacious floor plans. Love to sell this project. Clients are very happy with their purchase.
