My experience in this building garage was surprisingly bad. I was stuck in the garage with insufficient signs to exit or find my car. Then they tried to charge me triple the amount. I was scared. The employees were unhelpful. The parking portion of the building is not up to a first class building.
I have had the privilege of representing the developer, Related Midwest, on the condo sales at One Bennett Park as well as numerous buyers and sellers here and the quality of this building is unmatched. Stunning design by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, sophisticated unit interiors with incredible views of the city and lake and 5-star amenities including valet parking, 24-hour concierge, incredible fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, private 41st floor owner’s lounge and more. The attached 1.7 acre park designed by Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates creates an incredible oasis in the city…
Great staff. Great building. Great amenities.
