I moved into Modera last May for two main reasons: the location and the management. The location is ideal—it’s nice coming home to a quiet neighborhood while still being close to restaurants and nightlife. The new H-E-B down the road is also a huge plus. Destiny took a great deal of time showing me the property, and it was clear she was both knowledgeable and genuinely proud of the community. That gave me confidence it would be well run. I waited to post this review until I had time to settle in, and I can honestly say moving here was a great decision. From Destiny and the rest of the office…
I had an amazing experience with my leasing consultant, Cassie, at Modera McKinney Ridge. She was incredibly nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She was attentive and patient, answered every single one of my questions, and was wonderfully persuasive without ever making me feel pressured. Her professionalism and warmth made the entire tour feel effortless. The community itself is beautiful. The amenities are impressive, the price range is great, and it truly feels like a very social, resident-focused environment with lots of fun events. I felt genuinely welcomed—and I’m…
My experience with Modera McKinney has been amazing! Office staff has great communication. From the easy application process, to setting up appointments to tour the property has been nothing but a smooth, welcoming process. Cassie was my leasing agent, she has such a professional bubbly personality. I highly appreciate her patience with any questions or concerns I had. The entire office staff including Management was extremely helpful with my move in. I highly recommend this property and am excited for my new home.
I had such a great tour! The staff made me feel welcome right away, and I could really see myself living here. Excited about moving in! Thank you to Destiny for helping the application process run smoothly and quickly!!

I’m moving back to Dallas and I was super nervous to get back out and find apartments. My goal was to look at three, but then I met Michelle. She was the absolute best she made me feel so comfortable and made me feel at home. I didn’t even go and Tour the other two apartments, I applied in Office that’s how comfortable Michelle made me. I can’t wait to move back to Dallas and Call this place home.
So far it has been very peaceful moving in here. You can tell the staff keep the place nice. I really enjoy all the nature here. The lease signing process was smooth and I appreciated the virtual tour of my exact apartment.
After I have signed the lease and moved in, it’s been my experience with other apartment sites that it’s difficult to get anything done, even important things like resetting slide bolts so it’s easy to secure my stuff behind the door. I’m excited to say I haven’t had that problem with Modera Ridge Apartments and their staff. They have a great team to help and advise this tenant and “a get it done” attitude that makes everything run on a regular and daily basis. This is a new property located in north McKinney. Give this team a call AND come visit. They really know how to be professional and…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m so glad I found this complex! The property is absolutely beautiful—modern, clean, and spacious with such a fresh, welcoming vibe. The location is great, and everything feels very peaceful yet close to the freeway. The amenities are a huge bonus—the pool area is absolutely gorgeous and feels like a resort, and the gym is fabulous with everything you need for a great workout. From the start, the staff has gone above and beyond. Destiny, the manager, has been incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process! She made everything smooth and stress-free. Her…
