Great amenities with good design building kensington waters
Great finishing. Beautiful looking building. Nice staff. However, walls are thin so you feel as if you’re living with your neighbors. AC system can’t be deep cleaned and was handed over dirty causing health issues and allergies. Asset management company uncooperative, sends a lot of emails but can’t actually solve issues for the most part. For the price, this building is terrible to live in if you’re somebody who cares about health and sound pollution.
A full set of resort-style services—large pool deck, modern gym, kids’ zones and co-working—with a quick drive to Downtown via Al Khail. At Queen of Sands we see bright corner 2BRs draw more viewing requests and hold pricing better. — Pablo from Queen of Sands
This is a new building and its views are very beautiful and the rooms are also very cute.

The security is very extrectly not allowed just for awhile to staywaiting my car in another building iys allowed
Absolutely love this building and developer. Great location and attention to details (very clean gym and pool). Very friendly staff, especially the lifeguard.
Very nice building with great amenities, finishing and staff
The residence is overall pleasant and well-maintained, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. However, there are a few aspects that could be improved. For example, music is regularly played during the day on the barbecue terrace located above the pool. While the volume is not particularly high, the bass can still be heard in some apartments, even with the windows closed, which may affect the overall quietness of the living environment. It might be worth reconsidering the need to play music throughout the day on a terrace that is often empty, especially since many residents appreciate a…
