We have been living in this building for 8 months. From the very beginning, we have only had positive impressions of this experience. The management is wonderful, especially Maria; they are always quick to respond and always helpful. It is always clean inside, and the guest parking is especially convenient. The building has an excellent security system, and the security guards arrive regularly and on time. There is a park for walking dogs, as well as a garbage bin near the building. Updated 3 March, 2025. We’ve been living at The Delaney since late 2021, here's an honest review. I’ll update this review as our experience changes. • Pricing Unit pricing matches market rates and is reasonable. The non-refundable pet fee is a good value compared to monthly fees. Tenant insurance with $2 million coverage is mandatory. • Move-In Our unit was in poor condition, with only some repairs done. It took months to coordinate with Trico and contractors to complete the repairs. The elevator is reservable, and there’s street space for a truck on 17th Avenue NW. • Units Appliances and…
